This Court directs the respondents/competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with [2026:RJ-JP:16940] (2 of 2) [CW-7201/2026] law, expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular dated 19.02.2024. 4.
