Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on consideration of the writ papers would indicate that, the address shown in the proceedings at Annexure-G to the Writ Petition is that the petitioner is a resident of Machenahalli Village Javagal Hobli, Arasiker Taluk. However, the petitioner is residing at Nagenahalli Village, Salegame Hobli, Hassan Taluk. 3. In that view of the matter, on careful consideration of the order sheet at Annexure-H would indicate that no notice has been served to the petitioner herein. In that view of the matter, the matter is required to be remitted to respondent No.2 to re- consider the issue afresh after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 4.
