Yet, though the matter was repeatedly listed before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Petitioners – Applicants in the Scheme Application have not appeared before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner. Learned AGP further informed the Court that the Scheme Application is now posted for hearing on 20 August 2026. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Assistant Charity Commissioner has not issued notices pursuant to the order of remand. 4. Since the remand order was passed prior to one year and the matter is SSP 1/2 2026:BHC-AS:30862 10 wp 2529 of 2026.doc pending before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, this Court does not consider it expedient to delve into the legality and propriety of the order of remand. 5. Let the Petitioners appear before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner on 20 August 2026. 6.
