Advocate. 2 Hon’ble Shri Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi, J Order on Board (21st August, 2026) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar relief, as has been claimed in the present petition, was sought for by the petitioners in various other writ petitions, lead case being WPS No.1953/2023, in which the petitioners were represented by the present counsel and those petitions have been dismissed by the co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 19.12.2025. He also submits that the said petitioners are not intending to challenge this order dated 19.12.2025. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition. 02. Learned State counsel has no objection to withdrawal of the instant petition. 03. In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to withdrawn this petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
