Mr.L.Gokulraj, learned Government Counsel (Tax), accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 10% of the disputed tax demand was paid at the time of lodging the appeal. He consents to pay an additional 15% as a condition for remand. An endorsement has been made to that effect on the bundle. 4. Subject to remittance of 15% of the disputed tax demand, as agreed to, in addition to the 10% deposited while the appeal was filed, the impugned order is set aside, and the matter is remanded for re-consideration.
