ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to renew/reissue the petitioner's passport bearing No. C9447311 and validate for a period of 10 years by considering the application bearing Ref.No.26-1052663318 dated 12.02.2026. 2. The petitioner's father had earlier approached this Court in W.P. (MD)No.8378 of 2025 for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to renew and reissue the passport to the petitioner. In the counter affidavit, respondents 2 and 3 stated that a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner and therefore as per the provisions of Passport Manual if the petitioner furnishes No Objection Certificate from the concerned court, the second respondent shall duly consider the said application. 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3. In light of the order passed by this Court, No Objection Certificate was produced by the petitioner. The petitioner's passport was renewed for a period of one year. Now the petitioner submitted an application to the respondents 2 and 3 to reissue the passport with full validity for a period of ten years. 4. Mr.A.Muthuramalingam, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3 submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5. The said submission is taken on record. 6.
