After arguing for a while, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to treat the same as a representation and accord consideration to the same within a reasonable period. 2. On asking of the Court, Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, caused appearance and accepted notice on behalf of the respondents and he is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition by treating the same as representation. However, he submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered strictly in conformity with the law and the rules governing the field. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the record. 4. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the very threshold as an innocuous prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and accord consideration to the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondents be forwarded to the petitioners by registered post. 5.
