The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2024 and 09.01.2025, vide Annexures-F and G respectively, wherein the petitioner has sought for giving effect to her promotion as Assistant Professor with effect from 19.08.2022 and also sought for a mandamus directing respondent No.3 to modify the seniority list of the Assistant Professor in respondent No.3's College duly considering the petitioner's promotion date to the post of Assistant Professor as on 19.08.2022. The said representations were not considered by respondent No.3. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that if a reasonable time is granted to respondent No.3, respondent No.3 will consider the representations submitted by the petitioner vide - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010387012026 NC: 2026:KHC:38267 WP No. 17613 of 2026 Annexures-F and G and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3.
