Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the area has already been identified and action is being taken to remove the encroachments from the waterbody in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to proceed in accordance with law and take steps to remove the encroachments, as expeditiously as possible.
