The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed impugning the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission1, at New Delhi in NC/RP/901/2025 along with other IA's on stay, condonation of delay and exemption from filing copies of DIM documents. 3. The NCDRC vide impugned order has condoned the delay of 223 days in filing the revision petition for the reasons stated in the order. The petitioner who is respondent before the NCDRC has come before this Court in the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for being aggrieved by the said order. 4. While delay has been condoned vide detailed order, an interim relief has also been granted by securing the entire decretal amount as awarded by the District Court i.e., a sum of Rs.6,88,567/- together with interest 1 for short 'NCDRC' - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010391742026 NC: 2026:KHC:37988-DB WP No. 17803 of 2026 before the District Commission, within a period of one month. 5. We have gone through the impugned order passed by the NCDRC, the impugned order is neither beyond the jurisdiction of the NCDRC nor illegal nor in violation of any provisions of the law. 6. We are exercising only limited jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. We find no reasons to interfere with such a beautifully drafted order passed by the NCDRC.
