Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record. 3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 12.03.2026. However, the same is still pending without any progress. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 9, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
