Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the reasons for rejection is vague and in any event, invalid. The relevant portion of the impugned proceedings is set out hereunder” “A court case regarding property is pending between the deceased Kumaraavel and his brother therefore the petition may be rejected.” 3.
