The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.126 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 498A and 494 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is arising out of complaint case and wife has lodged the case under Section 498A and another section of IPC. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the case is arising out of the complaint case. 5.
