After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial of the said civil suit and conclude the same as early as possible. 03. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the appellant. 04.
