Union Territory of J&K Through SHO P/S Khansahib ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, Dy.AG CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 17.09.2026 1. Heard both the counsel at length and examined the record. 2. This Court in terms of an order dated 31.07.2026 had ordered interim protection to the petitioner from his eminent arrest in case FIR No. 128/2026 under Sections 109, 324(4), 115(2) and 304 BNS. 3. Post granting of bail, the conduct of the petitioner has remained satisfactory and it has not come up from the respondent side that the petitioner has in any manner violated the conditions of the interim bail. 4. It is stated that the investigation is still underway and the charge- sheet has not been filed so far. So, given the conduct of the petitioner, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this application on board. Therefore, for the reasons recorded above the interim directions granted on 31.07.2026 are made absolute pending investigation. Once the charge-sheet is laid, further appearance of the petitioner shall be regulated in terms of the order if any passed by the Trial Court. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall ensure his presence before the trial judge as and when the charge-sheet is filed. 5. Bail application is disposed of.
