The interim relief was previously operating in regards to staying of the suit proceedings and therefore, the revisionist would be at liberty to argue for seeking interim relief. Learned Senior counsel Mr. Anshin Desai assisted by learned advocate Mr. Parth Contractor for the respondents submit that the respondents have led application for vacation of interim relief in the CRA and pending the application, CRA was dismissed and therefore, that application for vacation of interim relief be restored.
