The applicant has preferred this civil revision under Section 384(3) of the Indian Succession Act against the order (Annexure A-1) dated 30- 7-2022 passed by the 1st Civil Judge Class 1, Durg in Succession Case No. 28/2016 and order (Annexure A-2) dated 9-7-2024 passed by the 4th District Judge, Durg in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 58/2022. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 would submit that, respondent No. 4 Prabodh Kumar Bagh had filed Civil Suit No. 283/2016 (Prabodh Kumar Bagh Vs. Tapan Kumar Das and ors.) before 4th Civil Judge Junior Division, Durg seeking declaration on the basis of Will executed by late Ravindra Nath Sinha in his favour in respect of subject amount, which has been decreed in favour of Prabodh Kumar Bagh vide judgment and decree dated 20-9-2024. She also filed copy of the same which is taken on record. 3. In view of above judgment and decree passed by learned trial Court, this revision is dismissed having become infructuous. 4. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
