(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 of Cr.P.C., 1973) is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0304 dated 07.08.2025 under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 117(2) and 118(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Babbu, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 22.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
