Hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court , without interfering with the impugned order, permits the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such appeal, the concerned officer shall consider the same without insisting the delay and pass appropriate orders, on merits, as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
