1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities which would permit petitioner to enter into his residence. It is submitted that concerned police authority is obstructing petitioner from entering into his residence.
3. Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 30th June, 2026 of Inspector-in- Charge, Chapra Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 30th June, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 30th June, 2026 that there are five criminal cases pending against the petitioner, out of which three cases are under Sections 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act. Surprisingly,
2 pendency of those criminal cases is not disclosed in the writ petition.
5. Taking note of pendency of criminal cases as disclosed in the communication dated 30th June, 2026, this Court is not inclined to pass order as prayed for.
6. Writ petition stands dismissed.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
