The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in possession of 22.739 kilograms of ganja and 9.780 kilograms was recovered from this petitioner. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 30.11.2024. It is further submitted that A2 has already been released on bail and the case is now posted for framing of charges. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that A2 was released only on account of juvenility. It is further submitted that there are materials connecting all the accused with the offence and the total recovery is 22.739 kilograms of ganja. Hence, he opposed to grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side. 6. From the submission of the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that though it is contended that A2 has been released on bail, the said accused was released on account of being a juvenile. The total recovery in the present case is 22.739 kilograms of ganja, which is commercial quantity.
