This is an application filed under section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in connection with Hojai P.S Case No. 333/2025 registered under section 318(4)/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 The CD in the present case has been sought for in connection with B.A No. 273/2026, the same being available and has been perused by this Court. Upon perusal of the CD, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Aminul Hoque, s/o Ahmed Ali, resident of village-Bhaukamari, P.O-Kayakuchi Bazar, P.S & district-Barpeta, Assam. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. The anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
