Upon perusal of the CD, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Aminul Hoque, s/o Ahmed Ali, resident of village-Bhaukamari, P.O-Kayakuchi Bazar, P.S & district-Barpeta, Assam.
