This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its revisional jurisdiction under Section 19(4) of the family court act and in exercise thereof call for the records of the case from the learned Family Court and after hearing the parties in the matter, set aside the impugned order dated 23/12/2024 (Annexure-P/1) in Mis. Cri. case No 84/2021 passed 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur and allow the application filed under section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure and grant the maintenance to petitioner.” 4. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief, if any, stand vacated. 6. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record to the concerned Family Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
