For Petitioner(s): Mr.Nirmal Kumar Sharma A For Respondent(s): Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar Government Advocate (Criminal side) ORDER The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.12.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 8 (c), 20 (b) (ii) (C), 25 and 29 (1) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.63 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in illegal possession of 66.2 kg of Ganja. He further stated that the recovery from the petitioner constitutes only 2.2 kg of Ganja. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a total of 66.2kg of Ganja was recovered.
