1. Review applicant has filed review petition along with an application for condonation of delay being CAN No. 1 of 2026.
2. In the same, the review applicant/petitioner has sought for condonation of delay of 691 days in preferring the review application.
3. Learned
advocate
for
the
review applicant/petitioner has strongly placed reasons explained by the petitioner in the said application being No. CAN 1 of 2026 though the Court is not
convinced about the sufficiency thereof. Accordingly, in absence of any sufficient cause shown. The prayer for condonation of delay of the review applicant is not entertainable.
4. For the reasons as above, CAN 1 of 2026 by the review applicant along with review application being RVW No. 372 of 2025 are dismissed.
5. Learned advocate appearing for the contempt applicant has submitted that the learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors that the alleged contemnors have already duly and substantially complied with this Court’s order dated December 13, 2023 in WPA 20662 of 2018.
6. Taking into consideration the fact as above, there remains no further point for adjudication in the instant contempt application.
7. For the reasons as above, the contempt application being CPAN 161 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.
