The petitioners and respondents No.2 & 3 have settled all their inter se disputes and have compromised the matter. The said compromise is genuine, valid and without coercion or undue influence. In view of the said report and for contents of the petition in question as well as the stand taken on behalf of the respondents No.2 and 3, FIR No.0156 dated 05.03.2026 under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 190, 115, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1) with all its consequential proceedings qua the petitioners is quashed. 4. Petition is disposed of accordingly. All interim application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed off.
