Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 14.06.2026 of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bandi Atmakur Police Station submits that the 4 concerned Mandal Executive Magistrate initiated proceedings under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagaik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, against the petitioner and unofficial respondent No.9 vide MC.No.21 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026. He furnished a copy of said proceedings before this Court and served the same on learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the said proceedings, in the manner known to the law. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition in the manner known to the law.
