The petitioner seeks transfer on spouse medical ground. The spouse of the petitioner was examined by the medical board of the Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital and the report of the board was forwarded to the CMOH, Murshidabad on April 29, 2025. From the report it transpires that the patient is suffering from gynecological disorder. 2. Specific submission of the petitioner is that the application for transfer is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad. 3. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the DI of Schools to take further follow-up steps with regard to the petitioner’s application seeking transfer upon consideration of the medical report of the medical board. 4. Steps shall be taken by the DI of Schools at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the medical report and all documents from the school authority. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of all documents in support of the application for transfer to the DI of School at the time of communicating this order. 6. If the prayer of the petitioner is ultimately allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. 8.
