Shahdeo, learned counsel for the respondent-R.M.C. 2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.06.1999 passed by respondent no.2 in U.C. Case No.40 of 1999 under the Ranchi Regional Development Authority Act. 3. This writ petition is of the year 2007 and subsequently the business of Ranchi Regional Development Authority has been transferred to Ranchi Municipal Corporation in the year 2011 and now the dispute is coming within the domain of Ranchi Municipal Corporation. Shahdeo, learned counsel for the respondent-R.M.C. on instruction submits that subsequently master plan has also been revised and in view of that, the petitioner can move before the authority of Ranchi Municipal Corporation for redressal of her grievance. 5. In view of the above, Mr. Rohit Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will go before the authority concerned by way of filing detailed representation and the authority may kindly be directed to take a decision on her representation in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition is being disposed of directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation pointing out her grievance before respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 will take a final call on the said representation as per recent master plan within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 7.
