Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Programmer in the Office of the Commissioner, Land Records, Government of Chhattisgarh. He submits that by the impugned transfer order dated 04.08.2026, the petitioner has been JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.08.14 16:34:12 +0530 2 transferred from Raipur to Sakti during the ban period, which is alleged to be in violation of the applicable Transfer Policy. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 05.08.2026 (Annexure P-5) before the competent authority and, therefore, prays that the same may be directed to be considered and decided. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-5) shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of 35 days. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and the submission made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the pending representation dated 05.08.2026 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of 35 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's grievance, and the competent authority shall take an independent decision in accordance with law. 6.
