This Court directs Respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with law, [2026:RJ-JP:17001] (2 of 2) [CW-7326/2026] expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular dated 19.02.2024. 4.
