Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that application made by the Petitioner under Annexure-3 to get the benefit of appointment under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme though was processed and Petitioner was found eligible to get the benefit, but as yet no formal order of appointment has been issued. It is accordingly contended that Opp. Party No. 2 be directed to take a final decision on the Petitioner’s claim. 4. Considering the nature of order going to be passed, this Court is of the view that no notice need to be issued to the authority. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the fact that Petitioner’s application made under Annexure-3 has not yet been disposed of, this Court directs Opp. Party No. 2 to take a final decision on the same taking into account the communication issued under Annexure-6 and 10 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order with due communication to the Petitioner.
