During the pendency of the appeal, the execution of the award dated 22.06.2018, in Case No. 26 of 2014, passed by the learned ArbitratorcumDivisional Commissioner, shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount, along with uptodate interest, within a period of eight weeks, from today.
