GP FOR SERVICES I VN,J W.P No.14187 of 2026 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY Writ Petition No:14187 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not awarding weightage marks to the petitioner for appointment to the post of Village Agriculture Assistant pursuant to the Notification No.1/Horti/2019, dated 26.07.2019. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, while considering similarly placed persons, granted liberty to petitioner(s) therein to approach the concerned authorities and obtain the relevant certificate. Upon such approach, the authorities were directed to consider the petitioner’s request and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I and II did not dispute the fact that this Court had passed such orders in W.P No.8770 of 2026. 4. Considering the submissions made and in view of the orders in W.P No.8770 of 2026 and similar cases, and as the petitioner is also a similarly placed person, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 06.04.2026 in W.P No.8770 of 2026.
