1. Heard Mr. Surfaraj Khan, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State.

The present intra-Court appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the order dated 04.06.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 2790 of 2026 (Harcharan Singh Randhawa & Another v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition filed by respondents No. 8 and 9 herein.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant herein was respondent No. 8 in the aforesaid writ petition. Though the appellant was impleaded as respondent No. 8 in the writ petition, he was not afforded an opportunity of hearing before the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, submits that the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant to take recourse to an appropriate remedy before the learned Single Judge.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by
learned counsel for the appellant.
