Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Petitioner is accused in several criminal prosecutions and prayer is made for clubbing of all the criminal prosecutions together. 3. Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 14th July, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Shibpur Police Station, Howrah Police Commissionerate and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 14th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication that based on an alleged incident which took place on 7th May, 2026 a criminal prosecution being Shibpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2026 dated 7th 2 May, 2026 was initiated under certain provisions of BNS and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act as well as Sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act. Apart from aforesaid criminal prosecutions there are five other criminal prosecutions pending against the petitioner as disclosed in the communication dated 14th July, 2026 and prayer was made before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah for tagging of all the criminal prosecutions also disclosed in the communication. 5. It is contended on behalf of the State respondents that in terms of the order passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah on 7th July, 2026, criminal prosecutions are tagged together. 6. In view of such submission made on behalf of State respondents grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 7.
