The petitioners’ grievance is that the sale deed submitted by them for registration before the Registering Officer, Gunupur since 04.12.2024 has not yet been registered. Since the statute has prescribed a time limit for registration of instrument after their presentation, there is no reason why the said timeline shall not be adhered to. 4. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the Tahsildar-cum-Registering Officer, Gunupur to take a decision with regard to registration of the instrument said to have been presented by the petitioners on 04.12.2024 by passing appropriate order. Order No. 2. 5. It is submitted that the specific I.D. has already been created being 1602401594. 6. Since the ID has already been created, the Registering Officer shall pass order within seven days from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. 7.
