Petitioner has preferred this writ petition against the action of respondent No. 4 in not allowing the petitioner to perform his duties from 23/10/2019 alleging that since petitioner has filed contempt case against the respondent authorities, therefore, petitioner has been removed from duty. 2. Return has been filed by the respondents No. 1 to 3/State in which it has clearly been stated in paragraph 13 that the respondent authorities have closed the Hospital which was providing essential medical care to the poor persons on account of mismanagement, therefore, services of the petitioner and other employees had to be terminated. 3.
