Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 04.04.2026 before the 1st respondent, requesting to de-notify the land admeasuring 0.37 hectares in SF No. 199/1C1A, S.Thathampatti village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri and to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner in light of the report of the 2nd respondent dated 18.02.2025. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2026 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
