Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 has filed a memo dated 27.06.2026 along with copy of the e-mail addressed to the petitioner No.1, regarding pendency of the present petition. 4. Memo is taken on record. 5. The aforesaid memo and e-mail correspondence indicate that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have indeed informed the petitioner No.1 regarding pendency of the petition. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 further submits that petitioner No.2 has retired from the services. 7. Court notice has been issued to the petitioners on 30.06.2026. 8.
