Kote, Mysore District is before this Court seeking direction to the respondent No.2- Authority to pay him the salaries from 20.04.2012 till date. 2. Learned AGA submits that a suit in O.S.No.100/2014, which was filed by one Mr. Ganesh against the respondent No.2-Authority has been decreed. As against which, petitioner herein has filed an appeal in R.A.No.95/2025. He submits that once the dispute is resolved, the matter would be considered in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute, petitioner filing the Regular Appeal in R.A.No.95/2025, as against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.100/2014.
