U.T of J&K & Ors. .…. Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Shubam Singh, Advocate vice Ms. Meenakshi Slathia, GA. Mr. R.D.S. Bandral, Advocate.
CORAM: HON’BLE MS. JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE
ORDER (18.09.2026)
01. On the last date of hearing i.e., 21.08.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On that date, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioners had misused the Coram of this Court, as they had earlier also sought the same relief in CRM(M) No. 670/2024, which was rejected vide judgment dated 26.12.2025, and the petitioners have again re-agitated the same cause of action before this Court in the present petition. The petitioners were, accordingly, directed to explain the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
01. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition.
02. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with the connected application(s).
03. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
