Case No. 668 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS. 3. As per the allegation, unknown persons are said to have committed loot from the informant. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2025 and his involvement has come in the alleged crime, during investigation. 5. The petitioner has confessed his guilt and he has three criminal antecedents also. 6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
