THANDAVA YOGESH The Court made the following: ORDER The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action in removing the shed constructed by the 6th respondent in front of petitioner’s house by encroaching the Panchayat land, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Sri Nagaraju Kollati, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the shed erected by the 6th respondent was removed by the respondent-authority by following due procedure. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has now rendered infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is Dismissed as Infructuous. No costs.
