ORAL ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representations vide Annexures - H and P, wherein the petitioner requested respondent No.3 to issue appointment
order of the required teaching staff for teaching 800 students in the school and college of Nursing while accepting the list furnished by respondent No.3 showing the name of the petitioner as teaching staff in the college. The said representations were submitted on 04.03.2025 vide Annexure-H and dated 24.09.2025 vide Annexure-P. It is contended that the respondents have not considered the representations. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 appearing through video conference submits that, if reasonable time is granted to respondent No.3, respondent No.3 will consider the representations and pass an appropriate
order in accordance with the law.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider Annexures H and P and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the law within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
4. Pending application/s, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
