The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 20 liters of liquor from a village along with 100 liters of Mahua solution which was destroyed at the spot. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot as such nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and he came to be implicated at the instance of Chowkidar with whom he is on an inimical term and is in custody since 01.12.2025. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dighwara P.S.
