This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India r/w. Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 5629/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submit that the order of the writ petition is to consider the case of petitioner for regularization. Accordingly, claim of the petitioner was considered. However, the authorities found the petitioner’s representation to be not acceptable and it was accordingly rejected vide order dated 12.12.2025. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be 2 granted liberty to challenge the decision of the respondent authorities on the claim of petitioner for regularization. 4. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, in the opinion of this Court, the order passed in the writ petition i.e. WP(S) No. 5629/2024 has been complied with. The contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents is dropped. 5. Notices issued to the respondents stands discharged. Contempt petition is closed reserving liberty with the petitioner to file appropriate proceeding against the decision dated 12.12.2025.
