Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents. 2. Petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities for acting in accordance with law and to take steps based on the complaint lodged. 3. According to the petitioner, inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities prompts him to approach this Court with the present writ petition. 4. Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits that issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature. 5. On perusal of the writ petition and hearing learned advocates representing the parties, it appears that previously a writ petition was filed being WPA 3160 of 2025 by the petitioner which was disposed of by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 21st February, 2025 2 thereby directing the concerned police authorities to ensure peace and tranquility at the locale. It was also held therein that trouble started due to acrimony between the petitioner and private respondents. 6. As coordinate Bench already passed order by disposing of writ petition being WPA 3160 of 2025 which was not interfered with by the Hon’ble Division Bench while disposing of intra Court appeal being FMA 563 of 2025 on 10th December, 2025, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 7. The writ petition stands dismissed. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
