None appears for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2, who are the plaintiffs in the suit before the Trial Court, despite service. 3. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 639 of 2023 and the interlocutory applications filed therein, which are all pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Barupiur, South 24-Parganas. 4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Baruipur, 24- Parganas (South) to dispose of Title Suit No. 639 of 2023 along with all the interlocutory applications pending in connection therewith as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year 2 from the date of communication of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. C.O. 1789 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
