Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that the petitioners have filed this petition with a limited relief that his appeal which is pending before the Respondent No.3/Additional Collector Surajpur since 24.04.2026, therefore, this Court may direct the respondent(s) to consider and decide the same in some expeditious manner. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.3/Additional Collector, Surajpur, to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously, particularly considering that the appeal has been pending since 24.04.2026 and the relevant record has already been called for. 4.
